Message	If I don't make sense, ignore me. hehe. I know, I got ripped of, so you're out of luck clowning me guys.. Hey, I got my Z back Monday! September 17th was when I got my car back.. Now my car clicks like a time bomb! Damn valve lifers.. ANYWAYS, here's the story of how my car ended up the way it was: So I wanted to be as good as Daryl... Yup, the White 300ZX.. I wanted to chrome/polish my engine bay.. So I did.. I had sam help me take off the upper plenum to send that and some other parts out to SGP Racing to get polished.. So we did that, parts came back, Sam helped me again (Damn, I thank sam for hella stuff he helped me with), and also added the RC 720CC injectors and Twin-Pop. As we were working on the upper plenum to put back on, some stupid workers in my house fixing the kitchen upstairs, knocked the water line off and it went allll over my engine bay.. At the time, the plenum was on top, but not bolted on.. Somehow that got water into the engine and long and behold.. It got hydrolocked.. So we removed the upper plenum and injectors and got the injectors cleaned again... At this point, my car sat there... Months passed (About 3), then finally got the funds to repair the car. This is what I did to the car: Putting in 83,000 Used '91 TT Engine Super T-28 Turbos with new seals Ported/polished exhaust manifolds Random 3" Downpipes + Mid-Pipes Rear Subframe Stillen Delrin Bushings Energy Suspension Steering Rack Bushings Polished plenum SGP Hard Pipes Chromed balance tube, radiator brackets Other chromed stuff Nismo 555CC Injectors JWT Dual Pop TONS of new Nissan parts (Over $1500) Got my Z towed on a flatbed a month ago.. Costed $100 from AAA.. Damn huh.. Gotta try to get a refund on that.. My car went into a shop called Wynn Motors on Oak street. THey know what they are doing ONLY to Nissan stock cars.. They are stupid when it comes to performance parts. So in it goes. THe work is underway.. I checked up a lot and the main problems that happened was: 1] one of the studs on the turbo was broken. I don't remember seeing a broken stud on that.. But anyways, I had to put $50 for a machine shop to remove that. 2] THey couldn't put in the Energy Suspension subframe bushings! Idiots! So I bought Stillen ones that fit without the stock sleeves. Costed me another $300 + $50 s/h. 3] After they got my car back together, they started it and noticed fuel leaking from cylinder 1. Bad injector o-ring. Ha! After they pulled the 720cc injectors, they call me and say "Hey, when we pulled your injectors, 4 of your injectors were cracked on the top". What's the chances of that being cracked already? Or did they crack them trying to pull them? I can't proove that though. So, I had to buy Nismo 555cc injectors and a JWT Reprogram ECU. Another $1400 there. So bam, the car is done, finally got it started. The only problems I found was the engine is ticking (Valve lifters?) and when I start it, It makes a slight grinding noise if I hold the key turned too long after it cranks in. They install something wrong? Here's how I think I got ripped off: They charge $78/Hour. They charged me $2000 to R&R the motor. They charged me ADDITIONAL 24Hours of labor for the following: -Swap all my stuff from old motor to used motor -Install stillen subframe bushings -Because injectors o-ring was leaking, R&R labor for injectors -Installation of JWT ECU Chip (Shit, I could of done this, but they wouldn't let me) -Other stuff like installed new main wire harness and all that stock parts stuff. Yah, grand total: $4744. =*( Without that cost, the parts cost was $695. Ouch... THat's my story, hope I didn't bore you. I might of left stuff out, just trying to remember.
